Susan DeVito

As a member of the Genesys Healthcare team, Susan is focused on helping customers improve both patient and employee experiences leveraging technology as a tool. Her passion for helping patients stems from her personal experience as a caregiver, which led her to earn her patient advocacy certification from UCLA. Prior to Genesys, Susan held various leadership positions in customer success, services sales and program management focused on helping healthcare, enterprise and government clients innovate their communications and operational processes.
