Genesys will organize a special CX seminar on 13 December in Amsterdam. As an extra follow up after G-Summit Benelux & Eastern Europe we are happy to give our key customers and partners an update about the Salesforce partnership.
Genesys recently announced a new native integration of Genesys Cloud on Salesforce Service Cloud. Building on the long-standing Genesys partnership with Salesforce, this integration will help businesses better coordinate their data, agents, bots and communication channels for better end-to-end customer employee experiences. Next to the Salesforce presentation, Genesys customer Rabobank will share their vision on the future of customer interaction.
