Frequently asked questions

Will transportation be provided to and from the airport and the Grand Hyatt at SFO?

Yes. The Grand Hyatt at SFO is providing a shuttle from the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) which runs every 10–15 minutes. At SFO, go to the area marked “Hotel Shuttle.” The bus is marked “Hyatt Regency and Marriott.” CLICK HERE to track the shuttle.

 

Are there other transportation methods to get around town?

Yes. Public transportation is everywhere in San Francisco. From the cable cars to BART trains, it’s easy to see the sights via local transit, including our complimentary trolley to downtown Burlingame. Our hotel near San Francisco airport with complimentary shuttle service offers access to it all.

To Downtown San Francisco:

Grand Limousine: The exclusive provider for our hotel near San Francisco International Airport; our Guest Service staff can make arrangements.

Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART): Take the Hyatt Shuttle Bus to/from SFO International Terminal to connect with BART. Approximate cost from the station to downtown SF is $8.65 one-way.

SFO SuperShuttle: Service is offered between SFO and Embarcadero or Union Square. Take the complimentary hotel shuttle to/from SFO to connect with SuperShuttle. $17 one-way.

Taxi: Service from our hotel to downtown takes approximately 30 minutes, with an approximate cost of $45–$55 each way.

Town Car Service: Service from our hotel to downtown takes approximately 30 minutes, with an estimated cost of $55, plus 20 percent gratuity.

SamTrans: Service from Burlingame to San Francisco for $5 (adults) or $2.50 (youth and seniors).

Caltrain: Weekday train service between San Francisco and San Jose, with commute-hour service to Gilroy. Weekend service is offered from San Francisco to San Jose. The Caltrain station is 5 minutes from our hotel.

To Downtown Burlingame:

Trolley Service: Daily free trolley service is available from our hotel to downtown Burlingame.

What time is check-in for The Grand Hyatt?

The check-in time for the Grand Hyatt at SFO is 3:00pm. Checkout time on Thursday, February 27th is 11:00am.

Where is the gala dinner going to be held?

The gala dinner will be held at Kincaids located at 60 Bay View Pl, Burlingame, CA 94010. The entire restaurant has been reserved just for our Gold Partners. Kincaid’s beautiful views, classic décor, and attentive service lend group events an air of casual sophistication. We are looking forward to it and hope that you stay to attend. Awards will be given out at that time.
