Mika Lefebvre is Director of Competitive Intelligence at Genesys. As a recognized and passionate expert in the customer experience solutions market, Mika helps Genesys’ executive committee, sales teams, and strategic solutions teams by delivering competitive insights and opinions. Mika has over 15 years of experience in the Customer Engagement space as a vendor and customer. He hold a Master’s degree in engineering and computer science from l’Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Rennes and a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the Paris-Sorbonne Graduate Business School. He is also Genesys’ Chief Cycling Officer.
