Cathy An

Cathy An is the Program Manager for Customer Care Operations team. She loves combining her curiosity to learn, love for creativity and passion to get things done. With years of experience in delivering excellent sales programs, operations, communication strategies, project management, analytics, systems and tools, she continues to focus on innovation in technology and bringing the best experience for customers. Believing strongly that "happy employees = happy customers," Cathy also serves on the Employee Advisory Committee for the Genesys Indianapolis office. She has led the Annual Halloween celebration, Intern and New Hire Engagement Program and participated on the Energize team, whose goals are to create community, promote employee satisfaction and involvement office wide. From her passion, she has founded the Genesys Women in Technology group whose mission is to "Inspire all Genesys to build a community, connecting and learning from one another, for personal and professional growth. In her spare time, Cathy is the Marketing Director for the ChickTech Chicago chapter as well as a Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish program for Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.
