Ashley Norman

Ashley Norman is an Associate Proposal Manager where she delivers competitive, high-quality winning proposals to Genesys prospects and customers as part of the North America RFP Team. With a strong background in sales, marketing and communications, Ashley possesses a keen eye for bid management, research and content creation. Outside of Genesys, Ashley is very active in her community, through advocacy and outreach with her church and other organizations such as Best Buddies, American Foundation for Suicide and Prevention, and Black Lives Matter. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from IUPUI, and enjoys writing about important issues. Her personal mission is to inspire, inform and educate to advance independent thinking and innovate ideas to foster discussion and change on a global scale.
