Chris Becker leads the Business & Industry Value Sales Group, reporting to Larry Shurtz (Chief Sales Officer). In this role, he and his team connect the implementation and technology of experience orchestration to the quantitative and qualitative business value created for our customers via our platform. This integrates horizontal experience outcomes along with verticalized industry implications for maximum impact. Over three years, the verticals covered by his team grew 2.2X when compared to the general business. Prior to this role, Mr. Becker was Global VP, Architecture and Industry Innovation responsible for fusing the insights of Genesys’ very best technical thinkers, industry experts, storytellers, and demo creators to capture, frame and scale innovations through our Go to Customer community.
