Allan Shields, VP Global Pre-sales Solutions Architecture at Genesys, has been in the customer experience and technology space for over 25 years. He leads the Genesys Pre-sales Solutions Architect team globally. His team focuses on architecture, advanced integrations using APIs, and premises-to-cloud migration to help customers achieve successful business outcomes. Allan lives in Central Florida with his wife and three children, where he enjoys triathlons, wake surfing, and open-water swimming.
