Genesys Appoints Jae Hyung Jin as New Country Manager of Korea

 

Jin to spearhead Genesys Korea operations, drive new growth opportunities and accelerate business momentum for Genesys Cloud

Genesys®, the global leader in cloud customer experience and contact centre solutions, announced Jae Hyung Jin as its new country manager and vice president sales of Genesys Korea, effective immediately. Jin will oversee the overall business operations of Genesys Korea and lead the market strategy for organisations to innovate, deliver an impactful and personalised customer experience with Genesys Cloud™ and Genesys Multicloud CX™ offerings.

Jin is an industry veteran with more than 25-years of track record holding various leadership positions for technology companies, including most recently serving as country manager of Red Hat Korea, where he successfully drove its growth. Prior to that, he was vice president at Samsung Electronics Network Division and division head at Cisco Systems.

Genesys started offering Genesys Cloud through a local data centre since May 2020 and is rapidly increasing its customer base across the eCommerce, retail, utilities and travel sectors in Korea.
