Tony Alonzo

Tony Alonzo is the Insurance Lead for North America. With over 15 years of industry experience, Tony helps insurance companies deliver better customer experiences. Prior to joining Genesys, he managed the omnichannel and automation platforms at American Family, one of the largest insurance companies in the US. His expertise includes continuous improvement, people leadership, and technology platforms. Tony started his career by working as a personal lines insurance agent at General Electric, as well as completing rotations in financial analysis, operations and technology. Tony is a veteran of the US Army National Guard where he completed multiple deployments. He was the valedictorian of Southern New Hampshire University’s MBA program in 2019 and holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Chartered Insurance Operations Professional (CIOP) and is a certified AWS Cloud Practitioner.
