Keith has over 30 years of experience in the communications industry working with customers across all sectors. He has held various senior roles in engineering, pre-sales sales and, most recently, Value Consulting. As part of a global team and as a business value lead, Keith works with customers to help them understand how technology will enable service improvement and drive value for their organization. The Genesys Business and Innovation Value team is dedicated to helping organizations understand their current challenges, needs and aspirations, while assisting them in identifying business value from the latest AI-based service improvement technologies. Keith is a bit of a car fanatic and motorsport enthusiast. When he's not pursuing his hobby, he loves spending time with family and friends.
