Stefan Kauck

Stefan is responsible for the Banking sector in EMEA at Genesys, ranging from strategic transformation to operational optimization. His expertise includes customer journey management and customer engagement optimization, operational performance improvement of customer service organizations, development of omnichannel strategies, and guidance on branch transformation. Prior to joining Genesys in 2006, Stefan worked as an independent consultant serving clients within the financial, retail, media and hospitality sectors. He has also held various management positions at PeopleSoft, Avaya, Lucent Technologies and Bose. Stefan has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt, Germany, with emphasis on Marketing and Human Resources.
