Lindsay Frazier

Lindsay is the Global Solutions Director for Digital at Genesys, bringing more than 15 years of experience across product and solutions management, marketing, operations, and business development. In her role, Lindsay is responsible for strategic plan development and commercial readiness of effective customer engagement solutions across all digital channels -- including web, mobile, social, messaging, and IOT -- that offer differentiation and provide rich business value to our customers. On a day-to-day basis, she works closely with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Partners, and other Solution Directors to define, align, and execute on our strategy to drive continued innovation and revenue growth. Lindsay joined Genesys in 2013 as part of the company’s acquisition of SoundBite Communications. Previously, she held leadership roles at 2ergo, Proteus, and Handango.
