Cris Bjelajac

Cris Bjelajac is the Business Owner for the Latitude line of business at Genesys. Cris has spent 17 years serving as a accounts receivable specialist within the broader contact center software business. Cris first joined SoundBite Communications, an outbound provider, at the startup phase through the public offering and eventual acquisition by Genesys in 2013. Since then Cris has served on the strategic operations and business transformation teams within Genesys, before joining the Latitude team full-time in 2018. Prior to that, Cris served on the product teams of early-stage startup ventures in mobile phone applications, travel, and news aggregation. Prior to high tech, Cris was an emmy and AP winning investigative reporter at several local-market televisions stations.
