Katie Ritz

Katie is a Director in Product Management at Genesys. Katie manages features being developed for PureCloud in the digital space. She came to Genesys via the Interactive Intelligence acquisition and previously held a number of roles within Product Management including Senior Product Owner and Senior Product Manager. Katie enjoys engaging with customers to understand their use cases and help design and build features that meet their needs.
