Kal Patel is the Genesys Principal Architect, SRE for PureCloud. Over the past few years, I have lead teams that create, integrate and evangelize proven technical solutions and best practices. I have extensive experience with microservices, cloud-native, distributed-systems architectures, CI/CD, continuous performance & scale, DevOps transformations. My passion is to build solutions that solve problems for customers. I am focused on building strong teams that collaborate across different business functions to achieve measurably improved results.
