Leslie Paterson is the Global Vice President of Customer Advocacy and Engagement for Genesys. Leslie is an innovative advocacy leader with over 20 years of cloud and software sales, advocacy, and marketing experience. Leslie leads a global team at Genesys developing and amplifying customer’s stories of digital customer experience transformation. Leslie has the unique perspective of building advocacy programs from the ground up and has spent over 13 years working closely with customers, innovators and senior executives to best capture and share the valuable experiences customers have utilizing software innovations. Her passion for customers and people as individuals is paramount in her career and she is continually inspired by the humanity that can be revealed when discussing technology — a topic that isn’t immediately associated with the human interest experience or purpose.
