As Engagement Director on the Genesys Marketing team, Julieta is passionate about customer experience transformation and has spent the last 16 years working closely with cloud and on-premises customers to capture their experiences and bringing their stories to life. She has had the honor of meeting a wide variety of executives from whom she learned how technology has enabled innovation and growth at their companies. Julieta has led different advocacy programs with customer at the center.
