Pranab Sinha

Pranab Sinha is the Senior Vice President and CIO at Genesys. In his role, Sinha leads the company’s global IT organization, spearheading a strategy to drive the internal deployment of innovative technologies and programs to enable operational efficiencies and customer and employee satisfaction. Sinha has nearly 20 years of experience leading all aspects of enterprise IT with a deep focus on security and operational resiliency. Prior to joining Genesys, Sinha was the CIO at MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc., and previously served as Vice President, Enterprise IT, for Seagate Technology.
