Shannon McCallum

As a Design Lead for Genesys Healthcare Vertical, Shannon is focused on helping customers optimize their end-to-end patient/member experience using the power of cloud-based artificial intelligence. Prior to Genesys, Shannon wore many different hats in systems engineering, enterprise architecture and program implementation of large enterprise services in healthcare, the federal government and banking. She describes herself as a lifelong learner (subtext: passionate about technology and life, not necessarily in that order). Lifelong learning can only enhance social inclusion, active citizenship and personal development, but also sustainability (in that order).
