Jenna Feldman is a Customer Advocacy Manager at Genesys. She has spent the last 1.5 years managing our global community of over 6,000 advocates who make up the Genesys Customer Advocacy Program (GCAP). Jenna also oversees Genesys peer review generation strategy and strives to amplify the Voice of the Customer on our trusted review sites. Since joining Genesys, Jenna has collaborated with some of our top customers to leverage their stories and experiences as they progress through their advocacy journeys with Genesys.
