Inna Ekhaus leads Genesys Beyond, a global organization that provides learning services on Genesys technology and customer experience. In addition, she's the VP of Portfolio Design and Commercial Operations for the Customer Success and Services (CSS) division of Genesys, responsible for bringing Experience as a Service℠ to life for customers all over the world!
