Scott Cravotta is Chief Customer Officer at Genesys. He leads one-third of global employees at Genesys. His responsibilities include leading the teams that are responsible for all post-sale activities, ranging from building and implementing customer architectures to providing technical advisory services, enabling our solutions, and helping customers derive greater value and achieve better business outcomes from their Genesys technology solutions.
Prior to joining Genesys in 2014, Scott led the global professional services team at OpenText where he led 2,200 enterprise and cloud professional services associates in North America, EMEA, Asia, ANZ, Japan and Latin America. Scott also served as the SVP for Global Professional Services at GXS where he led the managed services delivery for b2b integration in the cloud. Earlier, he was division vice president and general manager at ADP where he was responsible for sales, implementation and customer support of their talent management SaaS offering.
Scott holds a bachelor of science degree from West Virginia University.
