RULES & REGULATIONS

These CX Day Office Chair and HelloFresh Gift Cards Giveaway Rules (“Rules”) are entered into by and between you and Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. (“Genesys”). Your role as a party to these Rules may be either as the submitter of a submission (a “Submitter”), or as the subject of a submission eligible for a prize (an “Entrant”), or both. By clicking “I accept”, or by otherwise submitting a submission(s) into the Contest as described herein, you agree to be bound by the terms of these Rules.

1. Overview.
   Beginning in September of 2020, Genesys will award 25 prize winners of the CX Day Office Chair and HelloFresh Giveaway subject to the eligibility requirements in Section 2. Genesys will begin accepting submissions on Sept. 29, 2020 and end the contest on Oct. 30, 2020. The contest will continue until TWENTY FIVE winners have been chosen or until terminated by Genesys, such termination to be at Genesys’ sole discretion.
2. Eligibility.
   Submissions for this CX Day Office Chair & HelloFresh Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) are open non-Genesys employees, provided such submitters are 18 years of age or older as of the date of submission and reside in the US (Alaska & Hawaii excluded). Any person 18 years of age or older who is the subject of a submission is eligible to win prices.
3. Confidentiality and Publicity.
   By participating, Submitters and Entrants grant Genesys permission to use his/her name, likeness, comments, or story for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. Such publicity may include, but is not limited to, the publishing of stories on publicly facing websites or in public newsletters. SUBMITTERS AND ENTRANTS AGREE THAT SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY INFORMATION CONSIDERED CONFIDENTIAL TO THE ENTRANT, SUBMITTER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY. Submitters further agree that all information provided in a submission is true and accurate. Genesys may reject submission if, in Genesys’ sole discretion, such submissions contain confidential information. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and Submitters and Entrants agree that submissions will not include information that violates applicable law.
4. Sponsorship.
   The contest sponsor is Genesys, located at 2001 Junipero Serra Blvd., Daly City, California 94014 USA. Genesys and its employees or other agents are responsible for the selection of winners, which shall be at Genesys’ sole discretion. While Genesys will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these Rules, under no circumstance shall Genesys be liable of any decision to select or not to select any submissions as winners.
5. How to Enter.
   During the submission period, entrants must visit the CX Hero campaign page located on Genesys’ website and follow the instructions to electronically complete and submit the CX Hero nomination submission form. You will be asked to provide your name, email address, and phone number— along with the name and story of the CX Hero you want to nominate. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields of the submission form with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be eligible). By entering, you consent to the use of this information to contact you with information and updates about the Giveaway. All submissions become the property of Genesys and none will be acknowledged or returned.
6. Limitation on Submissions.
   Submitters may submit an unlimited number of submissions on an unlimited number of Entrants; provided that, while multiple submissions on a single Entrant are permitted, such submissions will not describe the same or substantially similar performance by the Entrant. Genesys reserves the right to reject, in its sole discretion, any submissions that are substantially the same as previous submissions.
7. Prizes.
   Genesys will award a prize to the first twenty five Entrants chosen by Genesys based on the performance of the Entrant described in the Submission. The CX Day landing page will specify the prize(s), approximate the retail value, how to enter, and when this contest begins and ends. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Winner is responsible for federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Genesys. Unless otherwise provided in the prize description, any costs arising out of or associated with prizes (for example, travel expenses) will be borne by the Entrant winner. The selection of winners is final unless otherwise agreed to by Genesys. If selected, Genesys will contact Entrants within 72 hours of selection to notify such Entrant of the win and to provide details of the prize. Genesys’ inability to contact winner by email within such 72-hour period after selection may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. No Liability.
   SUBMITTERS AND ENTRANTS AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST AT THEIR OWN RISK. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL GENESYS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, CLAIMS, OR ACTIONS ARISING OUT OF THESE RULES OR THE CONTEST. IF SUCH LIMITATION IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, GENESYS’ LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW.
