LONDON — Jan. 16, 2024 — Genesys, a global cloud leader in AI-powered experience orchestration, today announced Daniel Bailey has joined the company as senior vice president and regional sales leader of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Bailey brings over 20 years of experience in cloud solutions sales across large organisations operating at scale. His expertise in transformation and growth will support Genesys as the company continues its business momentum, following strong results for EMEA, including Genesys CloudTM revenue increasing 60% year-over-year during the third quarter of the company’s fiscal year 2024 (Aug. 1-Oct. 31, 2023).
Prior to joining Genesys, Bailey served as vice president of EMEA at Amplitude for three years, overseeing efforts that achieved impressive annual growth. Bailey also worked with Salesforce and Zendesk in their early years of business, helping to secure major wins and establish the brands’ reputations as trusted advisors to organisations across EMEA today.
