Sharda is a Director with the Genesys Professional Services leading the Self-Service and Automation Practice. With a passion for customer success, Sharda and her teams have led various customers engagements across verticals and platforms, with the aim of improving customer experiences, creating self-service opportunities and delivering well rounded solutions. Sharda has a Masters in Wireless and Telecommunications Engineering and MBA from University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business and lives near the Washington, DC metro area.
