Pascal Leclerc

Pascal started his career as a graphic designer and art director. He changed careers and joined Bell where he began he served as a Workforce Manager and then TTEC as WFM Director. In 2013, Pascal designed the first concepts for nGAGEMENT that lead to the creation of nGUVU in 2016. He has helped drive the formation, partnering with Genesys, customer growth and success. He will now be helping achieve hyper-growth and competitive separation of nGUVU inside the Genesys Cloud platform. Pascal is based in Montreal and is the proud father of five teens.
