Tod Famous

Tod Famous is the Head of Product Management for the Genesys Multicloud CX™ solution. He is a 20-year veteran of the contact center software industry and has worked in multiple start-ups in the area of digital customer care as well as distributed contact center technology. He was part of the original team that led the Cisco entry into the contact center market and grew that business to over 30,000 contact center systems deployed worldwide. Tod has developed and lead product introductions in all areas of the contact center infrastructure, including innovation in digital customer care, contact center routing, voice portal and self-service technology, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI). He’s a frequent panelist at Enterprise Connect and also holds a number of contact center software patents. Tod joined Genesys in fall of 2019 and currently leads the product management team responsible for the Enterprise Engage software portfolio, including both Genesys Multicloud CX and Engage private edition.
