Additionally, Ken also has the unique experience of having been the CEO of a $50 million Managed Services Partner, so he truly understands the business and needs of the partner community. In Ken’s career he has experience in managing various type of channel partner organizations from VARS, Managed Services Providers, Distributors, ISVs, Alliance Partners, Telcos, Master Agents and vertically focused partners. As a member of Genesys Go to Customer team, Ken’s priorities include optimizing current strategic partnerships, as well as looking at new routes to market, investing in global channel strategies, simplifying programs and identifying new market opportunities.
