London, 16 December 2024 – Genesys®, a global cloud leader in AI-Powered Experience Orchestration, today announced the appointment of Stuart Templeton to lead the company’s sales and customer engagement strategy across the United Kingdom & Ireland.
With a proven track record in driving sales success and more than 25 years of enterprise technology experience, Templeton is well positioned to help Genesys continue scaling its cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) business and increase digital adoption in the region.
He joins Genesys from Ironclad, where he served as GM, International. Prior to that, Templeton held long-tenured roles at Slack, where he served as head of UK and Ireland, and at Salesforce, where his roles included regional vice president of financial services.
