The US is home to the largest Genesys employee population with nearly 3,000 team members. Almost 2,000 of them work remotely. Our office locations include Menlo Park in the San Francisco Bay area; Boston; Indianapolis, Ind. and Durham, N.C., and we offer great amenities for teams to gather, work and collaborate.

Chennai is our second-largest office in the Asia-Pacific region and our largest engineering team location with approximately 500 employees — half are software engineers working on product development.

Our Galway office employs 300-plus team members, the majority of whom are software engineers with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning. This is our largest office in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. And it’s the current sponsor of its local Connacht Rugby team.

Our newest location has 75-plus team members. It’s in the heart of Budapest, close to the train station, dining and open-space areas, with Eiffel Park just outside the building. It includes 11 scrum/team rooms, a cafe, large board room, a training room, multiple meeting rooms and a game area.

Our office located outside of London is home to nearly 300 employees working across multiple departments. It has great amenities like a large car park, biweekly breakfast, along with many other things for our teams to enjoy. It also has group workspaces for collaboration and customer demos.

Our largest office in the Asia-Pacific region with approximately 560 employees opened in 2017 and expanded in 2019. The office includes a break room with arcade games, basketball and billiards. Manila is also home to our second largest Customer Services and Success team.
