S2 Ep. 4 Part 2: All in — Taking the leap

The right mix of emotional intelligence and understanding of competing forces in a geographical area are keys to being a leader —in both the private and public sectors. As an international executive and a business owner, respectively, Dr. Woody Myers and his wife Stacy Myers, understand what it takes to be great leaders. It means putting people first. Finding the common thread that binds people, regardless of background, and having empathy are keys to running successful businesses and successful governments. Dr. Woodrow (Woody) Myers is a third-generation Hoosier, a physician, health care leader (former Indiana State Health Commissioner), business owner, and Democratic candidate for Indiana Governor. Myers has used his experience in recent years as a health care consultant advising not-for-profit organizations, as well as large health care companies on improving their products and services for the benefit of patients.

Stacy Myers

Managing Dir, Myers Health

Stacy Myers offers health care education and a variety of health care products. The entrepreneur founded the company after working for years in health care as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and researching the multiple benefits of Hemp Cannabidiol (Hemp CBD). Stacy was born in South Bend and is a lifelong Indiana resident. She and her husband, Woody, currently reside on the Northwest side of Indianapolis.  Together, they have five adult children and two grandchildren
