According to a Cornell University study, nearly 90 percent of contact center representatives report high or very high-stress levels. In addition, even before the pandemic the average attrition rate for service representatives was two times that of other occupations.  Healthcare is high on that list where we are seeing worker shortages top CEO concerns for 2022.
