Graeme Provan

Graeme Provan is the Global Solution Director for Analytics and Predictive Engagement at Genesys. With more than 15 years of experience, Graeme belongs to an innovation team at Genesys, is certified in the COPC CX Standard, and has performed a variety of roles in delivering, analyzing, selling, product managing, and bringing new solutions to market. Prior to joining Genesys, Graeme was an independent contractor for over ten years and has worked with several startups and Global Fortune 500 customers enabling cloud, premises and hybrid contact centers from 3 seats to 30,000 seats. When Graeme is not improving the customer experience he enjoys cycling, surfing, snowboarding, camping, hiking and time with his family.
