Jodi Thompson

Jodi Thompson is a member of the Genesys North America Strategic Business Consulting organization. Her focus is in the government/public sector and the next-generation solutions from a business perspective. Jodi provides consultative sales support for strategic accounts in the United States, Canada, Ireland and the United Kingdom. She is GCEM Global CX Management Certified and Prosci Change Practitioner Certified. She is also a member of CXPA.
