L. Angel Henry is an experienced IT leader who's passionate about infusing Agile processes and principles everywhere. As a Transformation Strategist, Angel draws from her 20-year IT career in pharmaceutical and healthcare to coach and advise project managers, product owners, Scrum masters and business analysts that lead cross-functional, multi-cultural, international teams. Known as the "Agile Enthusiast,” Angel believes that the practice of an Agile mindset can be utilized to solve complex business problems to achieve the highest value for customers. Angel’s passion for diversity in the field of IT and research of how women and minorities are often missing from the C-suite will enable IT leaders to help advance the conversation of inclusion. Angel is a recognized leader in the IT community as a mentor to interns, young women and minorities by accurately sharing her career journey to encourage others along their personal and professional career paths.
