The organisations in Africa have adopted Genesys solutions over many decades with long standing key stakeholder partnerships. . To further enable collaboration in pursuit of seamless access to service Kevin Mani has been appointed Sales Director for Genesys Africa. To lead growth and adoption of the AI  powered experience orchestration platform making it easier for the people of Africa to access their favourite companies.

With over 25 years of technology experience in complex environments, Kevin brings deep industry and regional knowledge with a track record of collaborating closely with customers and partners. Especially contributing by helping decision makers, in a customer-focused approach, make sense of and navigate options in an ever changing fast paced technology landscape.

Prior to joining Genesys, Kevin served at Microsoft via the acquisition of Nuance as Africa Director for 9 years. Responsible for scaling and expanding the adoption of  true AI driven security and customer experience solutions. Kevin also held positions covering Africa at brands such as Vodacom, Nashua, Tellumat, Unisys and Verint before joining Nuance and Microsoft.
