Steve Leaden

Steve Leaden is founder and President of Leaden Associates, Inc., an independent Communications and IT consulting firm providing specialized support to enterprises focusing on customer experience and delivery in contact centers, unified communications, converged networks, and cloud-based architectures. Enterprises in the health care, education, manufacturing, financial services, publishing and government market segments have come to rely on Mr. Leaden and team for best-in-class designs and implementations and the expertise to minimize risk associated with medium-to-large scale enterprise implementations. Steve is a frequent speaker for Enterprise Connect and other major trade shows. Steve is also Executive Vice President of the Society of Communications Technology Consultants, an association which requires ethics, independence and objectivity as a prerequisite for membership.
