Rachana Singh

Rachana Singh is the Manager, Digital and Customer Marketing for the Asia-Pacific region at Genesys. Since joining Genesys, she has worked across various facets of marketing ranging from traditional on-ground marketing to modern day’s digital marketing. She has worked in IT industry for over 12 years and is a passionate marketer and a customer experience advocate. Rachana is a Six Sigma Green Belt-certified professional with a post-graduate degree in Master of Business Administration in Marketing.
