Kyle Kuntz

As the Head of CX Evolution at Genesys, Kyle and his team are responsible for helping Genesys Engage and Genesys PureConnect customers transform their CX by adopting Genesys Cloud. Kyle has been driving cloud adoption since he joined Genesys through the Interactive Intelligence acquisition, and he has spent over 10 years supporting Genesys customers on all platforms. Prior to this role, Kyle managed Businesss Operations for the Genesys Multicloud and Genesys PureConnect lines of business.
