Jack Nichols

With over 20 years of technical and leadership experience, Jack Nichols serves as a Vice President of Product Management leading the organizations strategy on developing our platform partner ecosystem. Prior to joining Genesys, Jack was a member of the leadership team that grew the PureConnect Cloud business from $10 million USD ARR to $100 million USD ARR. Before Genesys, Jack led the global network and security infrastructure function at BrightPoint (now Ingram Micro), a Fortune 500 global logistics company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology and Computer Science from Purdue University.
